Maroon 5

As 45th at Night’s second TV guest on MTV, Maroon 5 definitely delivers a solid performance. As the show opens, Eve introduces the band starting off with their first single as Maroon 5, Harder to Breathe. As the night progressed the performance kept getting better. Only performing five songs they performed Makes Me Wonder next. After Makes Me Wonder, it was the first time they performed the song that Kanye West used in his song, “Heard ‘Em Say”, and none other than Kanye West himself made a special guest appearance to mash the two songs together. The mash up was good and the crowd seemed to feed off the surprise appearance. As if one guest appearance wasn’t enough, on their next song, Wake Up Call, Eve makes an appearance where she raps a bit. Both performances by both rappers were as solid as the band themselves. The last song that was shown on TV was the Maroon 5 classic, This Love, which of course got the crowd on their feet. Overall, Maroon 5 performing at 45th at Night gave fans a reason to go see Maroon 5 live because they are great live unlike other bands.
